58 IV. STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT

60 PLTCOL MERCADO announced the following:
61 - List of PNP personnel assigned in Pampanga PPO with expired firearms
62 registration;
63 - Late encoding of reports in POMIS;
64 - Accomplishment report on Interactive Engagement Policy covering the period
65 from July 10-16, 2023. Likewise, PLTCOL MERCADO directed all Chief of Police and
66 Force Commander to intensify the conduct of IEP and implement the 85% field duty
67 and 15% office duty; and
68 - Result of the simultaneous anti-criminality law enforcement operations
69 (SACLEO) conducted on July 19-22, 2023.

71 PLTCOL EDEJER announced the following:
72 - Search for outstanding PCAD senior and junior PCO for CY 2023; and
73 - UPER updates.

75 PMAJ MARZAN announced the reiteration re-proper SMS reporting of
76 incidents.

80 - Comparative statistics on rape before and during implementation of project:
81 B.E. C.A.R.E.F.U.L.; and
82 - WCPD advocacy programs/intervention.

85 cancellation of the launching of kapatid, kalusugan at katawan ay ingatan para sa
86 kinabukasan on July 27, 2023 and rescheduled on August 3, 2023 (Thursday) 2:00

89 V. GUIDANCE

91 PLTCOL CLARK reiterated the following during the meeting:

92 - All Chief of Police are reminded on the accomplishment of warrant of arrest to
93 comply as early as 1st day or week of the month;
94 - Chief, PARMU to reiterate the standard preparations of communications;
95 - Chief, POMU to start cascading to stations the required preparations in
96 relation to the upcoming barangay and sangguniang kabataan election 2023;
97 - Chief, PIU to conduct continuous threat assessment on elected barangay
98 officials and candidates for BSKE 2023; and
99 - Reiteration on the proper SMS reporting of incidents. Those who will be
100 cautioned will be detailed during the flag raising ceremony at regional headquarters.
