ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN LIS/EBEIS

SY 2021-2022

I – INTRODUCTION

Information communication technology encompasses the development, administration,

and use of computer-based information systems (ICT). Our top priority and most
significant accomplishment is our consistent success in providing high-quality,
dependable service and support to our students and teachers. Information technology is
now essential for both students and teachers.

The Department of Education (DepEd) issued a DepEd Memorandum titled Immediate

Completion of Beginning of School Year (BOSY) Enrollment Updating in the Learner
Information System on October 18, 2021. (LIS). In accordance with DepEd Order No.
27, s. 2019 (Guidelines on the Yearly Collection of Data/Information Requirements and
Validation Processes), public school class advisers, and designated system
administrators are responsible for encoding and updating learners' enrollment in the
Learner Information System for the start of the School Year (BOSY) (LIS).

II – OBJECTIVES

1. Attend virtual meeting conducted by Division Office on Enrolment this school

year 2021-2022.
2. Orient school personnel about new enrolment system.
3. Conduct online and remote enrollment system amidst pandemic for SY 2021-
2022.
4. Increase the number of enrollees of the school.
5. Submit an accurate gathered enrolment data for higher office.
6. Establish accurate and reliable registries of learners.
7. Issue the user accounts to all homeroom advisers and shall give them
appropriate access right to their specific homeroom sections.
8. Ensure that the homeroom advisers update all required learner’s data for
Beginning of School Year (BOSY).
9. Update and submit all required school data for BOSY in the BEIS.
10. Shall see to it that the homeroom advisers had registered transferees from
private schools and Balik Aral learners who were enrolled in public schools in the
previous years but do not have any LRNs yet after ensuring a thorough search in
the system has been conducted.
11. Check the Learner’s supporting documents for pending enrollment learners and
escalate for division approval.
12. Provide technical assistance to homeroom advisers in relation to LIS and EBEIS
concerns with the assistance of the Division LIS Coordinator and the Planning
Officer III of the Division Office.

13. Shall seek technical assistance from the Planning Officer III for concerns on
LIS/EBEIS.
14. Shall update enrollment data of learners.
15. Monitor enrollment encoding progress in LIS.
16. Define and maintain classes for given school year and class adviser’s data in the
LIS.
17. Attend the workshop on the encoding of Basic Education Statistics in the
Enhance Basic Information System for the Beginning of SY 2021-2022.
18. Attend Orientation/Workshop on the encoding of National School Building
Inventory (NSBI) for the SY 2021-2022.
19. Submit an accurate gathered/encoded data for the NSBI.
20. Conduct School-Based Workshop on EBEIS Data Encoding-BOSY SY 2021-
2022.
21. Submission and validation of Enhance Basic Education System (EBEIS) report.
22. Attend workshop on EOSY encoding and finalization.
23. Orient school personnel on EOSY encoding in the LIS.
24. Finalize the Learner Information System of the school.

III – HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHEMENT

Listed below are the different activities, accomplishments and

2. Oriented school personnel on the conduct of Online and Remote Enrollment.
3. Conducted online and remote enrollment system amidst pandemic for SY 2021-
2022.
4. Increase the number of enrollees of the school.
5. Submitted accurate gathered enrollment data to higher office.
6. Attended the 4-days Orientation/Workshop on LIS-BOSY encoding and become
the Division Facilitator/Resource Speaker during the orientation of all LIS
Coordinators.
7. Orient school personnel/class advisers in the encoding of LIS data on the
system.
8. Provide updates on the information requirements for SY 2021-2022 and reiterate
DepEd policies and guidelines on the conduct of enrollment.
9. Provided Technical Assistance to all class advisers.
10. Update LIS pending issues and concerns and provide technical assistance on
LIS issues.
11. Daily/Weekly update and assistance at School LIS group for the online
dissemination of information to teachers and online/remote assistance.
12. Provided technical assistance to all class adviser in terms on the preparation of
school forms and other documents needed for the division checking during the
end of the school year.
13. Conducted school-based checking on the school forms and other documents of
the learners.
14. Attended Orientation/Workshop on the encoding of National School Building
Inventory (NSBI) for the SY 2021-2022.

IV – FUTURE PLANS

A. Upgrading the LIS Encoding and Housekeeping to make sure the data encoded
are correct and reliable especially the encoding and enrolling of
multiple/deactivated LRN from previous School Year.
