Step 2: Understand Lead Registration Process
(Client can be registered when he meets Godrej Representative physically or can be registered
on Virtual Call as well in case the client is from Outstation)
When a lead/client is registered in Godrej System, it is registered for 60 days.
You can track your walk-in/booking status on the app itself.
Also, You will have to share your consent on SOP which will be shared by your relationship
manager.
Step 3: When your client does the booking, post completion of 20% payment and Builder Buyer
Agreement you can submit your invoice.(Haryana RERA number mandatory)
Brokerage is calculated on BSP(Flat/Unit cost which includes Preferential Location Charges as
well)
Step 4: Post submission of invoice, your brokerage is released within 60 working days.
