Plan of Action (PoA) - Discover, Dream, Design and Deliver (4D)

Discover Search/research about what are the best and worst in the community. Find out about the stories of success
and failure, strength and weaknesses, best and worst practices of your community. Finally, focus on one
story of success and failure, strength and weakness, best and worst practice that you want to address or
tackle.
This can be in a form of a survey, VLOG, interview, literature review (articles, news, journals) etc.
Dream From what you discover comes your dream. Establish strategic goals that you want to achieve for your
community based from what you discover. It can be building on the success, strength or best practices or
lessening the failure, weaknesses and worst practices. Describe you goals thoroughly by finding BASIS or
REASONS for it (data, theory, legal documents, facts etc)
Design Outline a strategic plan to achieve the goals you have identified.
1. Create a GOOD NAME for your plan (program or project)
2. look/search for a good FORMAT to create the design of your plan
3. make sure your design is both comprehensive in scope and detailed in description.
