protected with a flame resistant covering supply
cables or high-tension wires.
8. Fire blanket, a fire watch and a fire
extinguisher will be maintained throughout the
welding or cutting operation and continued for at
least 30 minutes after job completion.
9. Use local exhaust ventilation or general
ventilation systems in confined areas, such as
tanks and pressure vessels. This precaution will
maintain toxic gases, fumes, or dusts below the
maximum allowable concentrations.
GAS CUTTING

14. Ensure leak test of Gas Cylinders by soap solution before
start the job.
15. The length of DA and 02 hose to be maintained of equal
length/size during height work in order to kinking with each
other.
16. Ensure all equipment’s of cutting set should be ISI
standard.
