SRJ task: Observation of teachers’ behaviour and attitude towards work. After the use of the checklist to observe
teacher behaviour and attitude towards work, record the list of professional traits you might have observed that
are not found in your checklist.
• She was approachable and make sure the learners were always put at ease.
• She was positive throughout the lesson and refused to give up on giving the most difficult learners
• She made the learning fun and knew how to lighten things up with a good smile or laugh
