SAP Cloud Certification Registration Process

1) Open Google Chrome… type training.sap.com


2) Choose country- India
3) Click on Log on icon

4) Click on Register ( If already registered then skip this step)


5) Fill up the information. Name which you enter will be display on SAP Certificate
6) You will receive activation mail on your mail id, open mail and click on activate
7) Expand Menu……My training……… click on Go to SAP Certification Hub
8) Accept Terms and condition

9) Now go to Edit and confirm the time zone should be Asia/Kolkata and click save button (end of
the page)
10) Click on Home page select Install/Detect Questionmark Secure

11) Download it and run the setup


12) After finishing setup click on Launch button then new window will appear i.e. Questionmark
browser is properly installed

Ensure you have the following equipment in place before taking your exam:
• Webcam
• Microphone or headset
• Broadband connection
Exam Schedule Process

1) Select Exam Dashboard


2) Click on Schedule an exam

3) Exam List page will open.


4) Search the module (exam code) which you want to give exam and click on icon (schedule new
appointment) Don’t choose below code, its only for sample purpose

5) Select time zone- Asia Kolkata, date, and time (check AM and PM) click on Save Appointment

You will receive Exam appointment confirmation mail from SAP


Before the day of your exam, please remember to prepare:

1. Check your system readiness. You must use the Questionmark Secure browser to take your
exam. Please ensure that the most current version is installed on your computer. You may
need to uninstall an older version before installing the current one. Please consult this article for
requirements.
2. Identification. You will be required to show a government issued photo ID to the proctor via
webcam. Acceptable forms of identification include
a. Government issued identity card (e.g., driver's license)
b. Passport

On the day of your exam, please remember to:

1. Login to https://training.sap.com, click on My training, click on go to SAP Certification Hub.


2. In Certification Hub, click Exam Appointments, you will see your appointment listed under
Upcoming Exams.
3. The Start Exam link for your appointment will be active within a 30-minute window, +/- 15
minutes from the time of the actual appointment.
4. Click the Start Exam link.

After completion your certification exam, you need to send your result with certification id and marks and
Global Certificate (PDF) immediately

Please share your result in below format.

Score :- %.

Certification id: 00 (After login on training.sap.com, you will see on top)

You can download the pdf certificate on Credly after accepting the badge. Please access the badge on Credly
dashboard and click on "Share" button and select the "Download Certificate" icon.
