1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2023 titled Policy Guidelines on the
Implementation of the National Learning Camp, San Isidro Integrated National High
School shall conduct the school-based National Learning Camp (NLC) on July 27-
August 25, 2023 at the school premises.
2. The implementation of the NLC is a strategic initiative supporting the National
Learning Recovery Program (NLRP) and is complemented by programs to improve
skills in reading, mathematics, science, and technology and similar initiatives which
aim to sustain learning recovery.
3. Participants in this activity are the Grade 7 and 8 learners of the SY 2022-
2023 whose parents have voluntarily expressed their intentions to let their children
join the NLC.
4. The school shall have its school kick-off program on July 27, 2023, at 6:30
AM at the school premises. All teachers are encouraged to attend the kick-off
program.
5. As part of the school’s preparation to ensure the smooth implementation of
the activity, enclosed is the list of technical working groups.
6. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity are charged against local
funds/other sources of the fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
