Subject: Request to Leave Hostel due to End of Tenure

Respected Sir and Ma’am,


I am writing to formally request permission to leave the hostel premises at the end of my
tenure. Our tenure already ended on 1 July 2023.
I would like to bring your attention to the following details:
1) Date of Departure: My intended departure date from the hostel is 16 July 2023. I kindly
request your approval to vacate my room by this date.
2) Hand over Process: I understand the importance of the smooth transition and I am
committed to completing all necessary procedures and formalities as specified by hostel
administration. I kindly request that you approve my request to leave the hostel.
