Permanent Magnetic Yoke


The PM50 permanent magnetic yoke is a rugged high performance instrument designed for Magnetic
Particle inspection to accepted Nondestructive testing standards.

Parker permanent magnetic yokes are designed with a flexible coated steel cable that allows a
maximum leg span of 12”. The permanent magnets are protected by a Durable plastic housing.
Model PM50 produces a strong magnetic field exceeding a 50 lb. weight lift strength.

Plastic carry cases (C-Case) and Test Kits (PM50A) are available. Standard test kits include 1 lb.
each of Red & Gray powder, PB1 powder blower, and carrying case.
