ACADEMIC DETAILS
CLASS XII SCIENCE R.R.K. Sr. Sec. School, Chandausi CBSE 90 % 2017
• Calculated PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 values from available variables on the MERRA Dataset for the years 1980-2022.
• Performed Mutual Information, Cross Convergent Mapping, Granger Causality and Correlation of MJO Index with Air pollutant concentrations and
Climatic parameters like Wind Speed, Temperature, Precipitation etc. available on ERA-5 Dataset.
Research Intern, Samsung Research Institute Bangalore May 2022 - Jul 2022
Project: Optimizing the searching algorithm among the bookmarks of the web browser.
• Scrapped the meta-data from various websites containing title, type of content, meta tag description, internal URLs etc.
• Converted the fetched data into tokens using NLTK tokenizer.
• Indexed the data into Elastic Searching Algorithm for ranking.
SDE Intern, Vikram Cements Works(Aditya Birla Group)-IT May 2020 - Jun 2020
• Developed the server-side interface of a web portal, designed to account for the on-campus expenditures of over 1,500 company employees and their
families, using JavaScript as a Back-End language and Google Firebase as a Baas (Back-End as a service).
• Developed two login systems for the employees and facility providers.
• Created an Email-verification feature to reset passwords with the help of Firebase Authentication.
• Used SMTP settings to send a confirmation mail every time employee uses a particular facility.
PROJECTS
Automating Detection and plucking of ripened cherries (Supervisor:Prof. Nitin Chaturvedi) - Computer Vision Jan 2022 - May 2022
• Used faster R-CNN for Cherry detection from RGB images.
• Performed maturity assessment of cherries using spectral analysis(using NIR images) with SVM classification.
• Incorporated a Multi-Object Tracking algorithm to obtain a unique ID to avoid double counting during camera motion.
Machine Learning methods in Drug Discovery(Supervisor:Prof. Paritosh Shukla) - Machine Learning and Chemistry Jan 2022 - May 2022
• Selected a huge pool of compounds from publicly available compound databases to find possible therapeutic compounds for oral cancer.
• Used a regression model developed to calculate oral cancer-specific weights based on molecular targets.
• Screened the anticipated anti-cancer chemicals for their potential to treat oral cancer and used these as weights to compute scores.
EasyLend - Finance and Machine Learning Mar 2021 - Apr 2021
• Built an Unbiased Loan Predictor Application to check the loan eligibility of an individual by applying ML algorithms like Random Forest, XGBoost,
LightGBM with AUC values of 0.81, 0.99 and 0.99 respectively.
• Deployed the loan predictor on the Web App and WhatsApp Bot using Twilio API.
• Created a pathway to access the service using SMS template so that people in rural areas without internet and smartphone/laptops can also access it.
