During schooling, was engaged in Inter-state cricket tournaments as well as other games.
Actively took part in other habitual building-based programs.
During diploma and engineering, was an active member of the Pratishruti core team, the biggest
annual function. Also was a member of the National Service Scheme, visited a lot of villages

During employment, we opted to go for 5S Certification Level 4 (Global Level), for this we

Things isn’t any such things that lower my attitude towards work, however provided good support
from management, descent pay scale and motivation in terms of recognition and appreciation will
always help to improve it certainly.
Lean Consultant role is somewhat I always find attractive and happening. Gemba Concept has
earned a good reputation in this area, this influenced me a lot.
Describe a challenging and difficult project which you have undertaken. What did you do? Explain your
reasons for the same and what was the outcome?
When there was stage-01 assessment by JIPM for TPM implementation, it was a chaotic situation as the
interpreter suggested some must correction in all pillars in the eleventh hour. As we were running out of time,
and being the only person to do those corrections, I had to form a team of competent members, train them,
categorized remained works as major and minor, I did major ones, assigned minor ones to team members and
we all completed that work within time limits. The outcome of this was, we passed Stage-01 assessment with
minimum homework points.
