A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND


EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (₱13,800.00) FROM THE SAVINGS FROM THE
CAPITAL OUTLAY OF BULLETIN BOARD FUND FROM CALENDAR YEAR 2020
FOR THE PAYMENT OF TARPAULIN (4X8), MATERIALS FOR SPOT MAP AND
HAZARD MAP FOR BARANGAY TIMBANGAN, CALBIGA, SAMAR.

WHEREAS, there is a need to construct a Spot and Hazard Map to locate the
barangay properties, buildings and the number of households residing in the barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Gina R. Jabonete and duly


seconded by majority of Sangguniang Barangay members present, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to appropriate the amount of Thirteen


Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱13,800.00) from the savings from the Capital Outlay
of Bulletin Board Fund from Calendar Year 2020 for the payment of Tarpaulin (4x8),
materials for Spot Map and Hazard Map for Barangay Timbangan, Calbiga, Samar;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the


Municipal Accountant, Commission on Audit and all offices/ agencies concerned for their
proper information and guidance;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 18th day of June 2021 at Barangay


Timbangan, Session Hall, Calbiga, Samar, Philippines.
