summer.
The Delicious One is a new business venture that aims to
provide unique and delicious ice cream and a welcoming atmosphere
to the residents of the local community.We will serve a delicious and
creamy ice cream especially on summer.
Our mission is to create a space where customers can
relax,socialize,and enjoy a great cup of ice cream.We believe that our
focus on quality,sevice,and atmosphere will set us apart from the
competition and attract loyal customer base.
To achieve our goals,we have developed a comprehensive
marketing and sales strategy that includes social media
campaigns,promotions and partnerships with local businesses.We
also prioritize hiring experienced and friendly servers who can make

Our Financial Plans includes a detailed projection of start-up
costs,operating expenses,and revenue projections.We plan to fund
our Ice Cream Shop through a combination of personal savings and a

The Delicious One is a new business venture that will
provide high-quality ice cream and our business is only for
students,ice cream brings a fine environment to all students.
At the Delicious One we are providing healthy ice cream to
all students so that they can relax their brains and we will also
improve the taste of the ice cream based on the opinions and insights
given by the respondents of the survey to attract more customers.
Out team will be trained to make high-quality ice cream and
we also thought of improving the flavor.
In addition to our ice cream product,we will introduce our
product to all customers.

our customers.To develop our business and to impeove our
services.To give and to serve delicious and good quality of our
product.To serve them affordable and delicious food they desire

bitter because of the natural taste of the papaya.Some of the
respondents have given different opinions and insights about our
product and they have also suggestions on how to improve our
product.

V. Organization and Management
Our Ice Cream business will be a limited liability
company(LLC) owned by two partners,who will also serve as the
general managers.In addition to the business partners,we will have a
team of employee who will assist with various aspect of the business.
The Organizational structure of our Ice Cream business
will be relatively flat,with the two partners serving as the primary
decisions-makers.However,we will work collaboratively with our
employee to create a positive work environment and ensure that
everyone feels valued and supported.
By keeping our organizational structure flat and working

Duties and Responsibilities:
President-The president is responsible for implementing and enforcing
the laws written by the Congress and to that end appoints the heads of
the federal agencies including the Cabinet.The president is the leader or
lead of a business,organization,agency,intituition,union,university or
government brach and works with a board of executive to provide strong
leadership for the company.
Auditor-The auditor inspect organization financial accounts to ensure
they’re correct and comply with the law.Auditor are checking that
financial reports and records that are accurate and reliable.
Secretary/Treasurer-The one who has overall responsibility for the
organizations finance.The secretary/treasure is responsible for keeping
people informed about the organizations activities.
Sales & Promotion-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for
existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Assistant-Writing marketing brochures,answering office telephones,and
drafting reports for the marketing team.
Sales & Promotion Staff-Present,promote and sells product/service
using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customer.Establish,develop and maintain positive business and
customer relationship.
Product/Operations Staff-Operating and making advertisement for the
product and maintaining its sales.
Assistant-Prepare all the supplies and equipment needed for the
set.Assist other crew member with their duties.

VIII. Contingency Plan
While carefully planning was involved in setting the strategic goals for
the Ice Cream Business,it may be that this goals are not met.The
team has decided to set a zone of acceptability for meeting sales and
financial objectives.For both sales and financial objectives, a 10%
percent negative deviation from expected sales and projcted returns
on assets will be accepted.However, if sales objectives and returns on
investments are less than 90% of projections, contain actions will be
taken.These actions include
1.Power Outage: If there is a power outage,the ice cream business
should have a backup generator to keep the freezers running.If a
generator is not available,the shop should have plan in place to
transfer the ice cream to another location with power.
2.Shortage of Supplies:In case of a shortage of supplies such as
cones,toppings,or ice cream mix,the shop should have emergency
stockpile of these items.The shop should also have a list of alternative
suppliers that can be contacted in case of an emergency.
3.Equipment Breakdown:If the equipment such as the ice cream
machine or freezers breaks down, the shop should have a
maintenance plan in place to ensure that equipment is regularly
serviced and repaired.The shop should also have a backup machine
on hand in case of an emergency.
4.Weather-Related Issues:in case of extreme weather conditions such
