so here are some brief details regarding your requirements.
DOUBLE-PILLARGRANITE BLOCK CUTTER is best suited for cutting of Granite blocks.
Circular disc Type wheel cutting machine. Complete machine with drive pulley and block
carrying Trolley with Motorized movement. The trolley moves on Machined Rail lines with
Automatic feed system.

Required size Bricks, brushes or any consumables whatever will require for
processing in cutting & polishing
Air compressor (Required Size)
Air Dryer/Air cooler (Required Size)
Water Mono Block Pump required size for cutting and polishing machine
All Rail lines are Extra.
All Nylon, P.V.C. or G.I. Pipe Fittings / Plumber works.
Lubricants Oil & Grease (As Required)
Cement, Concrete and masonry / civil works for foundations of machines
including water tank.
Basic facilities with food and stay for our site workers / team.
Accommodation and travel tickets (To & fro) of the entire erection team.
Power & Earth connection up to the Machine / Control Panel.
Temporarily Arc Welding Machine and Cutting Torch with Cylinders with
necessary tools.
Local unloading, Crane or any site expenditure for erection in your account

TERM & CONDITIONS
PRICES The prices are quoted Ex. Works Udaipur and based on current prices of raw
Materials. Wages, Electricity, Electrical & other input, Prices shall Escalated
automatically in Ratio of any Increase in the prices of above inputs
LOADING PACKING & a) Loading charges 0.25% shall be charged extra, unless otherwise agreed.
FORWARDING
b) Packing & forwarding Charges @ ………………………… will be Extra.
FREIGHT & The good will be booked to Customer’s destination & G. R. will be freight to pay. All
INSURANCE consignment will be insured at your cost unless otherwise agreed. We will not be
responsible for any loss, pilferage or damage to the goods after they are
dispatched from our Premises and delivered to the carrier.
VALIDITY OF OFFER The offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 3 Days only.
DELIVERY The Delivery of goods will be affected within a period from the date of
receipt of your firm order along with 50% advance amount of total value of order.
However delivery shall be subject to force Majeure Clause and Company shall not
be Iiable for damage/Losses or any other compensation amount of delay delivery
of the machine due to reason beyond our control. In case of door delivery of
machine in indemnity bond shall be executed in advance.
ERECTION We will arrange our site engineers, they will only supervise the erection &
commissioning of the machines and you have to arrange required labor & staff &
all masonry work included material. We will charge Extra amount for this work.
You have to arrange power connection up to the Control Panel. Accommodation
and travel tickets (To & fro) of the Entire erection team has to arrange by you.
Installation & Commissioning Charges will be quoted on request.
PAYMENT 50% 50%Advance along with order and balance payment at the Time of Dispatch.
SPECIFICATION The specification in machines can be changed without notice.
WARRANTY All The goods dispatched are warranted for one year from the date of dispatch against
any manufacturing defect on the machine only. No warranty shall be for electrical
& bought out items. However you shall enjoy the warranty issued by the original
equipment Supplier.
FORCE MAJEURE No claim penalty etc. shall be entertained on account of part of Delayed execution
CLAUSE or purchase order of any reason whatsoever. We will not be responsible for Delayed
occurred due to acts of god, war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of
government, strike of workers, riots, explosions, fire, plagues or epidemics or any
other non exhaustive
TAXES SALE TAX declaration form shall be submitted before the dispatch of machine
otherwise full Tax will be charged
Note: Any changes in the taxes at the time of delivery of machine will be
applicable according to new taxation scheme.
ROAD PERMIT The E - waybill will be provided by the customers end at the time of dispatch of
machine.
INSPECTION At our factory Udaipur.
FOUNDATION Foundation, auxiliary, equipment electrical & tools etc. has to be arranged on
customer’s behalf :
a) The foundation of machinery to be done from the client’s side, foundation
drawing will be supplied.
b) Connection of electricity, 415V, 3 Phase 50 Hz up to the machine with
correct size of cable as per load requirement.
c) Water pump and its pipe line also be arrange by customer unless
otherwise agreed.
d) Air compressor of desired specification unless agreed.
e) Diamond wheel cutter/sewer other cutting tools abrasive bits for
polishing/ grinding/Chamfering/ calibrating bits etc.
GENERAL Our quotation is valid subject to force majeure condition. Orders for the
machines once place cannot be cancelled. Advance, would not be returned under
any circumstances. Disputes if any is subject to Udaipur Jurisdiction.
