Elnaz is a highly qualified data analyst with a Ph.D. in Industrial

Engineering and Operations Research. She has over nine years of
experience teaching a variety of subjects, including

Kreativstorm's Tutors

Renato is a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Linguistics at the University of

Essex, where he currently works as an Assistant Lecturer in the
Department of Languages and Linguistics. His main area of focus is the
development and design of psychometric tests that seek to understand
how language learning can be beneficial for older adults, potentially
even helping to slow cognitive decline that can occur with age.

Published research on cognitive aspects of language learning in
adults and older adults, including articles in academic journals and
chapters in edited volume
Presented findings at national and international conferences and
workshops, including invited talks and panel discussion

Renato
Taught courses on linguistics and language learning, including
undergraduate and graduate level course

studies, including developing and designing websites and mobile
apps.

In addition to his studies in linguistics, Renato also has a background in

engineering, which has given him a pragmatic approach to problem-
solving. He has extensive programming experience, which helps him to
understand how computers work. Renato is also interested in
quantitative research and applies his knowledge to the world of finance
by developing his own trading algorithms and following the markets for
stocks, futures, and cryptocurrencies.
