Commands Brains

The document contains documentation and code for registering and managing script brains in GTA 5. It includes functions for associating script brains with ped and object models, checking if objects or peds are within activation range of brains, and enabling/disabling sets of brains. There are also functions for debugging brains and associating brains with scenario peds.
