designation at the time of resignation/relieving was Associate Functional Consultant

Her/His major Roles & Responsibilities during the employment were as mentioned

 Configuration of Wage Types including PCRs, pay dates, Pay slip configurations,
End to end Pension setup including Pension Auto Enrollment, Queries on
legislation, Absence scheme changes, Reports related issues.
 Test HRSP updates applied in the system and forecast issues for UK and US
payroll clients.
 Providing proper timelines and responsiveness to tickets through SNOW and
ensure we deliver it to the client on or before the timeline.
 Working on client specific complex requirements and perform regression testing
to ensure the requirements has no gaps. Preparing documents of configuration
for a client requirement with testing evidence.
 Mentored and trained new hires with SAP HCM basics and scaling up to team
expectations.
