DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN KINDERGARTEN

I. Objectives
At the end of the 40 minutes’ lesson, the pupils will be able to:
a. identify the letter Zz and the sound of this letter;
b. tell the importance of taking care of plants that start in letter Zz to peoples’ lives; and
c. write the initial sound to complete the word.

Content Standard: The child demonstrates an understanding of letter sound to


name relations.

Performance Standard: The child shall be able to identify/pick out the distinct sounds
in words, match sounds with letters and hear a specific letter
sound by familiar poems and stories and by singing rhymes
and songs.

MELC: The child shall be able to identify the sounds of letters orally
and identify whether or not 2 spoken words begin with the
same sound

“Ang Hardin ni Zia”

Sa barangay Zamora adunay usa ka bata mga


mahilig sa mga buwak. Siya mao si Zia. Sa
likod sa ilang balay nagtanom si Zia sa ilang
hardin og mga nagkalain-laing mga buwak
sama sa santan, zinnia, rosas, zebra plant ug
zz plant. Adlaw-adlaw iya kining bisbisan.
Tambok ug himsog ang iyang mga tanom nga
buwak. Daghan nga mga tawo ang nalipay kay
nakahatag kini og kaanindot sa palibot. Matag
Domingo mapupo si Zia og mga buwak aron
ihalad kini sa simbahan.

manila paper. Lingini ang mga pulong
nga nagsugod sa letra nga Zz.

ikahon ang mga pulong nga
nagsugod sa Zz.

Pananglita: Ang baryo Zamora limpyo nga lugar.
