home , I take a shower and get dressed to go to work.

6- F- I go to work by car . I work from 9 a. m. to 5 p.m. I have lunch at midday , after 6 p.m. . I relax at

7- N- My routine is similar , but I don’t work out in the morning. I exercise after work and I don’t go home
by car , I take the bus and I rarely go home on foot . I like my routine.
