By virtue of the power vested in me by law, you are hereby appointed effective August
1, 2012 as TANOD of our barangay with the authority to perform the duties and responsibilities
vested in the said office in accordance with the law effective upon the concurrence of the
Sangguniang Barangay.

Let this be your summon to render faithful service to the people for the benefit of your
fellow constituents in particular and our municipality in general.
