EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Crushed Delight business is a start – up mango graham shakes and corn dog located at
Holy Cross College of Carigara. It will offer a fresh and healthy mango graham shake aside from
fruit shake; Crushed Delight will offer a side dish which is corn dog.

Successful of this business will make a contribution to society by helping the youth to
improve their health through the provision of healthier product. The unique blend of eating right
will create a healthier conscious society that pays closer attention to their bodies and enables
longer life while Corn dog are the prime example of high fiber food, with 100g of corn dog
containing 7.9g of protein it’s about the same or equivalent to a single egg in terms of protein

Crushed Delight is established by Ella Mae Canamaque a grade 12-ABM student, she
experienced in the grocery store business having worked for some of the leading brands in the
industry prior to starting her own business – Crushed Delight.

Our Facility will be customized to fit into the kind of ideas we have of how a first-class
mango graham shake look like. When it comes to hygiene, we have put plans, process and
structures in place that will ensure that we are always the best entrepreneur. Crushed Delight will
market through flyers and social media. We will post flyers around the campus. Crushed Delight
is open for anybody and everybody.

Mango graham shake is made up of fresh mango, crushed graham, and evaporated milk
while, corn dog is made up of hotdog, cheese, flour, egg, and evaporated milk. No doubt, the
demand for mango graham is not going to plummet any time soon, which is why we have put
plans in place to continue to explore all available markets around the campus where we intend on
retailing our products and ensure that we create a wide range of distribution.

products.

Mango shake will be served in a clear cup, adding our logo within the inner ring of the cup.
Clear cups provide guests with a full view of their order and instantly enhance the drink
presentations. While corn dog will be served in an open open-topped food tray perfect for eating
on the move. Our logo will be placed in the middle part in the tray. The kraft finish gives a
natural look, it is color brown. This will help our business reduce waste and divert it from
landfill.

We notice that most of our customers are from younger generations. children and young adults
are well-known for posting on social media what they eat or drink, so putting our branding
elements (logo, name of the product) in our product will provide our business exposure in the
community and on social media.

must-have for any small business that wants to reach a larger audience and engage with
