Peacock's feather

Material: for this shawl I have used approx. 113 gram Evilla Artyarn laceweight with a total
run of 800m / 100 gram. However, the shawl is variable in his size, so that every other yarn
can be used.

Circular needle: every size you would like to, I have used needle size 4.5 (European size) /
US 7

The first and last three stitches are border stitches. These and the middle stitch are not
displayed in the chart.
The chart only shows the front rows. The back rows are purled without the three border
stitches. They always become garter stitches.

The shawl is knitted from the middle neck to the point in a piece.

Cast on 9 stitches. The first row back is a row of k. stitches. The next row has to be:
3 Border stitches, YO, first chart stitch (K1), YO, Middle stitch (K1), YO, second chart stitch
(K1), YO, 3 Border stitches.

Now it further goes on with the chart. This shows only one half of the shawl. For the second
half the chart should be repeated.

The pattern repeat marked in turquoise is repeated to the stitch number suitably. The
finished of the shawl should be knitted with the yellow marked final pattern repeat.

The last back row of the pattern and the following 4 rows have to be garter stitches. They
are shown in the chart. The bind off can be done by knitting or crocheting. Therefore always
make chain between each single crochet.

After weaving please block the scarf.

Now I wish you a lot of fun with the pattern.
