Day 1
Page 2
I went early in school because it’s Monday. I wore white t-shirt, pants and
shoes to look decent. On the day three of our Immersion. We’re very
excited to use computer because we learned how to use computer in our
second day. And, again we practice how to encode so that we can memorize
the place of letter in keyboard and more be active in encoding.
This a great day because I woke up like no hassle today. After we get into school we
continue what are we doing yesterday and Our Teacher reminded us about Work
Immersion requirements and wearing a white t-shirt to look decent. After that, Our
Teacher teach us how to use printer and told us to print our requirements.

INTRODUCTION
On-the-job training is one way by which we students are given an opportunity to apply the theories and
computations that we have learn from school. It also helps us to obtain applicable knowledge and skills
by performing in actual work setting.
For us students, an OJT or internship program provides opportunities to go through the actual
methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipment and documents. In effects, the work
place becomes a development venue for us student trainee to learn more about our chosen field and
practice what we have learn from school. We trainees can bring fresh ideas into the organization.
Given the opportunity to converse our minds freely and without fear, we may be able to contribute
significantly in brainstorming sessions or research and eventually help improve the organizations
productivity.
The course of supervision also teaches them how to share what they know and be receptive to
questions. Hence, the internship also becomes an avenue in training for future employees and
managers.
DEDICATION
I want to give an overwhelming thanks to all people who helped me in accomplishing my On-The-Job

thanks to top Mrs. Trecelyn R. Gacias who gave the permission to know as our OJT Training as a
major requirement. I’ve learned a lot from her on how to perform the standard ways, how to be a
responsible OJT student trainee, and for the assurance of the document needed for the internship.
To my family, my ever-supportive parents, my siblings, thank you for your financial support, trust,
love and care for me. Thank you for being with me through thick and thin. To my Teachers, the
memory of your lessons makes me smile every time I’m applying them in my tasks. The lessons I
learned from you helped me a lot in performing my job efficiently and for giving excellent experience
on throughout the duration of training. To Mr. Roger U. Buco (School Principal) you’ve been generous
and considerate to assist us during our stay in school.
And lastly, to my Almighty God, thank you for the guidance, strength, power of mind, protection and
skill and for giving me a healthy life. All of these, I offer to You.
