Candidate 3 was chosen first for the backend API developer position at Thomann.io based on their relevant experience with e-commerce, Magento framework, code review, backend and API testing, MySQL, Docker, Elasticsearch, Agile practices, PHP/Laravel, RabbitMQ, React, application development, and knowledge sharing. solution enhancements, code review, scrum, rest API, monitoring and data storage did not
appear information about PHP, MySQL.

Candidate 4
The resume is very poor in terms of information and experience Even if the candidate knows
ReactJS, rest API, APM and Docker, the profile seems too Junior for this position
