APPENDIX A1.1
SCOPE OF WORK
TEMPORARY FACILITIES WORKS

1. GENERAL

The Sub-contractor shall submit his plan and drawings of temporary facilities for TPEC’s approval.
The Sub-contractor commences the TEMPORARY FACILITY WORKS only after obtaining such
approval from TPEC.The Sub-contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the TEMPORARY
WORKS and for demobilization of them promptly after the completion of related works subject to
TPEC’s approval.

The Sub-contractor shall responsible for performing Temporary Facilities Works that is comfort to
be used by the worker in the project. The work to be performed by Sub-contractor shall include the
following, but not limited to:

2.1. Construction
Sub-contractor shall construct and commission all buildings that it is acceptable for use. The scope of
temporary facility work shall include, but not limited to the following:
 Excavation and/ or backfill, compaction, and sand bedding.
 Installation of temporary construction measures, such as stake out and marking, working platform,
form work, false work, shoring, etc.
 Construction of substructure, such as foundation, tie beam, pedestal, etc.
 Construction of a simple wooden structure, plastering, and finishing.
 Construction of wooden partition wall, chicken wire including accessories and finishing.
 Construction of roof, including gutter, ridge capping, downspout, and accessories.
 Installation of doors and windows, including accessories.
 Installation of toilet equipment and accessories.
 Construction of temporary drainage system around building and connect it to Plant’s drainage
system.
 Construction of sewer and plumbing system including dry well, septic tank etc.
 Installation of potable water piping, electrical, mechanical and telecommunication as necessary.
 Obtaining necessary work permits/other permit/license.
 Etc.

2.2. Material

Sub-contractor shall furnish all material required for this scope including expediting, inspection,
transportation to the project site, loading/unloading, handling, logistic, warehousing, etc.

All material shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by TPEC prior to installation. All material
shall be good quality, dimensionally, straight, and free of injurious surface defect.
