Chapter 3 - Implementation Plan

The document outlines the three stages of deployment for a solar coin-operated water vending machine project: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. During pre-implementation, researchers interviewed stakeholders to identify needs and problems. In implementation, researchers established requirements and trained users. Finally, in post-implementation, researchers maintained the machine's functionality so users could access safe water with coins.

DEPLOYMENT PHASE

The Solar Coin-Operated Water Vending Machine deployment phase has three stages:

pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation.

Pre-Implementation

During this phase, the researchers conducted a preliminary interview with Dr.

Rosemarie D. Sabado to determine the importance of having a vending machine at Laguna

University Senior High School. The researchers should also analyze the problems and

difficulties that students face when it comes to access to safe and affordable water. The

process's goal is to assist researchers in visualizing the potential outcomes of the study and

identifying the goals of the developing system. To meet the client's needs, the researchers

utilized all of the information acquired in the development of the system.

Implementation

During this phase, the researchers will establish the requirements for the development

system's implementation. During the implementation plan, the researchers will instruct students

and teachers how to use the developing project. Users can use the project by simply placing a

coin into the vending machine.

Post Implementation

Throughout this phase, the researchers will maintain the project's functionalities,

dependability, and accessibility. All users with a coin will be able to utilize the solar-powered

coin-operated water vending machine. It is recommended that users always check the project's

LCD to determine if there is still water to dispense.
