You are going to compute the heights of tide for a particular time of the assigned
port and for the under keel and vertical clearances.

Fail 4 points and below or below 75%
The student is only allowed to retake the assessment twice. The student must take
the refresher modules before taking the assessment again if he failed the
Re-sit assessment for the third time.
The maximum grade for re-sit is 75%.
