APPEARANCE : whitish creamy-gel

SPECIFICATIONS :
Viscosity : 33.100 mPa·s (Brookfield LVT, Spindle D, 12 rpm) 24ºC
pH : 6.28

PROCEDURE (cold process) :


1. Mix well ingredients of phase A and B respectively
2. Add phase A to B whist stirring moderately (appox. 200-300 rpm)
3. Add phase C to AB under mixing
4. Homogenise ABC for 2 minutes (Silverson: 3000 rpm)
5. Add phase D and keep stirring for 15-20 minutes
6. Adjust final pH to 5.50-6.50

Massocare TH - dry emollient, solvent for chemical sunscreens
Massocare MCT - ecocert-compliant, medium polar oil
Saecare ATH - ready-to-use thickener and stabiliser
