Pursuant to DOH-PRC-PNP Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-01, examinees are required to submit EITHER of the
following on the examination day:
Negative RT-PCR Test Result.
Certificate of Quarantine issued by any of the authorized officers, attesting that the examinee had undergone
14-day quarantine prior to the examination.
Copy of the Complete Vaccination Card.
Examinees coming from other countries are required to quarantine for fourteen (14) days in any government
accredited facility and/or provide a negative RT-PCR Test result.
These requirements are mandatory and failure to present EITHER OF THE THREE, the examinee shall NOT be
allowed to take the licensure examination.
In addition to the abovementioned requirements, per PRC Memorandum Order No. 24 (s 2020), the following
precautionary measures and protocols shall be observed and implemented during the conduct of licensure
examination such as, but not limited to:
All examinees shall NOT be allowed to go outside the examination room during breaktime and lunchtime.
Everyone must bring their own packed lunch and snacks to be placed under their seats and to be taken out
only during breaktime.
The examinees are required to inform the PRC Region I through email (ro1.examination@prc.gov.ph) or call (0942
631 5636), if they are showing any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough and/or colds at least a day before the
examination day. They shall be advised to defer taking the licensure examination but shall be allowed to take the next
scheduled licensure examination without forfeiture of their payments.

Examinees coming from other countries are required to quarantine for fourteen (14) days in any governm ent
accredited facility and/or provide a negative RT-PCR Test result.
These requirements are mandatory and failure to present EITHER OF THE THREE, the examinee shall NOT be
allowed to take the licensure examination.
In addition to the abovementioned requirements, per PRC Memorandum Order No. 24 (s 2020), the following
precautionary measures and protocols shall be observed and implemented during the conduct of licensure
examination such as, but not limited to:
All examinees shall NOT be allowed to go outside the examination room during breaktime and lunchtime.
Everyone must bring their own packed lunch and snacks to be placed under their seats and to be taken out
only during breaktime.
The examinees are required to inform the PRC Region I through email (ro1.examination@prc.gov.ph) or call (0942
631 5636), if they are showing any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough and/or colds at least a day before the
examination day. They shall be advised to defer taking the licensure examination but shall be allowed to take the next
scheduled licensure examination without forfeiture of their payments.
Examinees are PROHIBITED to BRING cellular phones inside the examination premises and to open/read books,
notes, review and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula for the entire examination period,
even during breaktime.
