GIFT DEED

This deed of gift is made on this 04th Day of November, 2022

BY AND BETWEEN

Mr._________ son of Mr. ___________, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No.___________,

resident of __________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR" which
expression shall mean and include his/her legal heirs, legal representatives, executors,
administrators and assigns) of the First Part;

AND

Mr._________ son of Mr. ___________, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No.___________,

resident of __________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE" which
expression shall mean and include his/her legal heirs, legal representatives, executors,
administrators and assigns) of the Second Part;

WHEREAS:

A. The DONEE is the brother of Donor.

B. The DONOR is the lawful and absolute owner of Rs. ________________ standing
credit in his Current/Saving Bank Account No________________ maintained in
__________ [Bank name].

C. The DONOR out of his natural love and affection for the DONEE, his brother, is
desirous of making a gift of Rs. ___________ (Rupees ___________________)
(“Gift”) from the above-mentioned Bank Account to the Donee.

D. The DONOR has delivered the Gift to the DONEE and DONEE has accepted the Gift.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS;

1. In consideration of natural love and affection which the DONOR bears for the
DONEE, the DONOR out of his own free-will and pleasure and in full possession
of his senses, hereby gives, conveys, grants, transfers and confirms into the
DONEE all his rights in the aforementioned Gift free of all encumbrances.
 2. The possession of the Gift hereinabove donated unto the DONEE and has also
been physically handed over to the DONEE as absolute owner on this day.

3. The amount hereby gifted is DONOR’s self-acquired assets accumulated out of

income earned and DONOR has full right and authority to dispose of the same in
any manner he may think fit.

4. The DONOR from this date reserves no right or interest on the said sum hereby
gifted which shall from this day be the sole and exclusive property of the DONEE

5. The DONOR further declares that this gift is irrevocable and DONOR has no
claim left whatsoever on the said gifted amount and DONEE is free to utilize it in
any manner whatsoever.

6. The Gift has been accepted by the DONEE.

In witness whereof, the parties hereto have put their respective signatures on this deed of gift
in presence of witnesses.
