JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF ROMANA R. DOMINGO
This is the Judicial Affidavit of ROMANA R. DOMINGO, of legal age,
widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of Balaleng Laudenia, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
The lawyer who took this Judicial Affidavit is Atty. Noel R. Pastor of Busiing
Norte, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur and with office address at 2F Saraos Bldg.,
Govantes Dike, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. The examination was conducted at the law
office of Atty. Noel R. Pastor. Mrs. Romana R. Domingo answered the questions
asked of her, fully conscious that she does so under oath, and that she may face
criminal liability for false testimony or perjury.

1. To prove the relationship of the registered owner Francisca Pilaspilas-
Palacpac and petitioner Catalina A. Esposo;
2. To prove the other material allegations in the Petition.

Pilaspilas.)

Pilaspilas married?)
Answer: Wen ngem natayen daydi asawana, Sir. (Yes but her husband is
already deceased, Sir.)
5. Question: Adda kadi annak ni Francisca? (Did Francisca had any
children?)
Answer: Awan iti annak ni Francisca, Sir. (Francisca did not have any
children.)
6. Question: Agkapin-ano kadi ni Jose Pilaspilas ken daytoy nagpetisyon?
(How is Jose Pilaspilas related to the petitioner?)
Answer: Ni Jose Pilaspilas ket lolong ni Catalina, Sir. Papang isuna daydi
mamang ni Catalina. (Jose Pilaspilas is the grandfather of Catalina, Sir.
He is the father of Catalina’s late mother.)
7. Question: Amammum kadi nu sino daydi mamang ni Catalina? (Do you
know the mother of Catalina?)
Answer: Wen, Sir. Ni Ruperta Pilaspilas. (Yes, Sir. Ruperta Pilaspilas.)
