Purpose of the function   •   Strategic IT roadmap for the entire RAIN group in alignment with
                              business needs and goals and chalk out time bound IT plans
                          •    Overall IT Services which include Business Process Automation,
                              ERP(SAP) implementation across enterprises, Information Security,
                              Digitalization, Manufacturing Automation, IT infra and helpdesk
                          •   Digital Transformation, IT Modernization, Data Protection Controls,
                              Applications, Data Centre Operations, Electronic Data Compliance,
                              Cyber Security
                          •   Chalk out Disaster Recovery Mgmt. (DRM) and BCP framework
                              and identify/simulate alternate sites and locations
                          •   SOPs, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization, Process
                              Automations, Cloud workloads, and effective resource & budget
                              utilization
                          •   Strategic vision of all IT Infrastructures and related services
                              including defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the stake
                              holders
                          •   Drive and implement software development for process automation
                              and for better performance and effectiveness with strong project
                              management and problem-solving skills
                          •   Sr. Leadership and key role for the management for driving
                              implementation of scalable IT solutions across all groups
                          •   Lead and collaborate in the planning, directing and support of IT
                              solutions that enhance and protect mission-critical business
                              operations
                          •   Work-closely with other departments to identify, recommend,
                              develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions for the
                              entire group
                          •   Aggressively lead the transformation of the organization toward
                              digitalized and efficient working processes and systems through the
                              necessary infrastructures
                              •   Promote, coach and support Sr. Managers on the usage of IT
                                  Applications, possibilities, and solutions
                              •   Lead the development of Global IT Policies and be responsible for
                                  IT budget and cost optimization
                              •   Overall responsible for IT and automation culture of the organization
Tasks, responsibilities and   •   Provides leadership for enterprise’s IT vision and strategic
deliverables                      initiatives.
                              •   Drive the migration and implementation of cutting- edge technology
                                  solutions and SAP implementation including S/4 Hana, simplifying
                                  cloud architecture and SAP processes and modules
                              •   Drive end to end ‘paperless RAIN’ and digital transformation
                                  movement with involvement of other stakeholders.
                              •   Create and develop awareness of IT solutions and ease of usage with
                                  continuous awareness and developmental training programs
                              •   Develop a robust IT security system for all the software and
                                  hardware assets of the organization
                              •   Advise Top management with IT solutions for its business
                                  operations and process excellency including manufacturing and
                                  service areas globally
                              •   Review contracts, equipment and IT Infrastructure to provide the
                                  proper governance and cost effectiveness for the organization within
                                  IT.
                              •   Introduce excellent IT partners and solution providers to work to
                                  work together in a program management environment
                              •   Benchmark, analyze, report on and make improvements to the IT
                                  solutions with best practices available in the industry
                              •   Drive and program manage internal and external IT audit programs
                                  and validate the system and solutions through third party
                                  internationally acclaimed IT regulatory and governing bodies
                              •   Build, promote and develop IT team and create a knowledge- based
                                  IT resource pool with proper and solution driven mindset located
                                  across different countries and geographies
                              •   Ensure exchange of knowledge, best practice and experience across
                                  all areas and region of the Company
                              •   Advise Top Management on complex decisions for the success in all
                                  aspects of the business
Job requirements              •   A Bachelor’s or Master in Engineering in any other technical
                                  discipline relevant for the role. Additional trainings and certifications
                                  in MCSE, CISA, SAP , CCNA, CCNP preferred.
                              •   Strong leadership skill with a ‘fire in the belly’ attitude to drive
                                  programs and provide solutions to businesses
                              •   At least 20 years of experience in IT domain with minimum 5 years;
                                  in IT leadership role in a large/mid sized technology driven
                                  industrial/manufacturing organization
                              •   More than 5 years of international experience in managing IT with
                                  focus on system implementation, process excellence, digitization and
                                  consolidation of IT systems across geographies
                              •   Support in Business Continuity planning, testing and recovery
                              •   Work in a matrix organization with administrative and functional
                                  reporting lines, including horizontal lines to several Sr. leadership
                                  roles
                            •   Customer service orientation towards the various company
                                stakeholders
                            •   Strong Change Management and Project Management Experience
                            •   Capable of establishing and maintaining open communication across
                                all levels of the organization
                            •   International travelling required to support projects and activities
Knowledge and skills        •   ERP knowledge: Strong implementation knowledge of SAP in FICO
                                SD and other modules in R/3, S/4 HANA environment
                            •    Software knowledge: Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel,
                                PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, InfoPath,
                                PowerApps, and Dynamics 365
                            •   Competent in .Net, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, jQuery and/or
                                any other programming and coding language required to fully
                                customize, tailor and develop functions and other applications to
                                company needs
                            •   Expertise in vendor contract compliance and vendor governance with
                                strong negotiation skill and convincing abilities

Other job factors to be     •   This is a very senior management position and directly interacts with
