Terms & Conditions
1. Bus Pass will be provided to the student after the fee payment. If this card is lost / misplaced / or damage, a
new card will be issued at the cost of RM10.00.
2. No Refund will be made for lost, stolen or unused Bus Pass.
3. Bus Pass shall be renewed seven (7) days in advance before expired the validity period.
4. The Monthly Pass is valid for one calendar month, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the
last day of the calendar month in which the pass is valid.
5. Bus Pass is non-transferable.
6. Students will have to show the Student ID Card together with Bus Pass to the bus driver to be eligible to
board the shuttle bus daily.
7. Students are not allowed to use the shuttle bus service if Studednt ID and Bus Pass are not presented
(temporary passes are not available).
8. Please note that the shuttle buses will only stop at designated bus stops, andnot any other locations.
9. Maria’s Transport Service have the right to seize the card if it is found to be misused. Misuse includes used
by someone other than the card holder.
10. Maria’s Transport Service reserves the right to update and amend the terms and conditions at any time
without prior notice.

***PLEASE NOTE***
1. Please note the time of arrival may not be accurate due to traffic.
2. Kindly wait for the bus arrival at least 15 minutes before the schedule time.
3. MUST wear a standard face mask before boarding the bus.
4. Online payment transaction slip for bus pass - please remark at ‘reference’ field your name with Student Name
in order for us to reconcile this from our bank account.
5. Please scan and email OR click on google link the completed form with a required documents and photograph

6. To ensure your Bus Pass is promptly made, please allow us 7-10 working days to process and will inform once
completed to collect the Bus Pass.
7. We will have retail shop in the UNIMAS Campus for pick up Bus Pass, renewal of Bus Pass and any other
enquries.
