AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, ____________, of legal age, Filipino, married to Genocia Ornopia and a


resident of Block 2, Lot 7,, Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines,, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law, witnesseth, viz:

1. That I bought two (2) parcels of land from Sta. Lucia Land Inc. known as
Lots 13 and 14, each containing an area of One Hundred Seventy (170) Square
Meters, both located in Block 8, Phase 1, Cebu, which is more particularly
described as follows:

A. LOT 13 described under Transfer Certificate of Title No.


T-222222222 and Tax Declaration No. 11111111and
bounded as follows:

North: NE: (Road Lot 8) South: SW: (56 Blk 8)


East: SE: (14 Blk 8) West: NW: (12 Blk 8)

B. LOT 14 described under Transfer Certificate of Title No.


T-222222222222 and Tax Declaration No. 1111111111
and bounded as follows:

North: NE: (Road Lot 8) South: SW: (Blk 21)


East: SE: (15 Blk 8) West: NW: (13 Blk 8)

2. That recently, I sold the said two (2) parcels of land to_______________,
widow, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Bulacao

3. That my said act of selling my aforementioned properties is with


conformity from my wife____________, despite of the fact that we are already
separated and got a divorced decree;

4. That I undertake to be totally liable and answer all issues regarding the
said sale; and further free and release my wife __________from any responsibility
and liability in relation to my sale or conveyance of the said properties to my
buyer, __________;

5. That I hereby warrant that I have absolute ownership of the said


properties and warrant _________ and to his heirs and assigns their peaceful
possession and enjoyment of the said properties;

6. That this affidavit is executed for the purpose of attesting to the truth of
the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve; and

7. Affiant further sayeth naught.
