respectively. I did work in both the sugar mills as director for few years. My

decisions. Support and adherence to compliance of legal and industry
requirements. Maintain organizational effectiveness for the achievement of

Chaudhry Gulzar Muhammad moved to Hong Kong in 1970 and formed a company
STAR International Trading Company. Company has provided competitively priced
automotive parts of the best quality to customers around the world since 1977.
Chaudhry Gulzar Muhammad currently working as President Hong Kong chamber
of commerce & vice chairman BOI in Hong Kong.

Chaudhry Gulzar Muhammad father’s real brother Bau Niaz Ahmad Son of Noor
Mahi elected member union council Phalia in 1951. He elected 1956 as member
union council for four years. 1960 elected member union council. 1965 elected
member union council and same year elected as division member committee. 1977
he contested Provincial Assembly election and runner up as independent candidate.
In 1979 he elected as councilor town committee Phalia. 1983 he elected as member
town committee and in 1987 he elected as Chairman Town Committee Phalia.
Father’s Cousin: Chaudhry AmanUllah Khan
After Gulzar Muhammad shifted to Hong Kong. Chaudhry Aman Ullah Khan Son of
Muhammad Tufail who is son of Noor Mahi is first cousin of Chaudhry Gulzar
Muhammad. Family politics command in hand of Chaudhry AmanUllah Khan. He
contested the election in 1987 and elect as councilor town committee Phalia and
later on chairman town committee Phalia. In 1991 he elected as chaiman town
committee phalia and in 1998 he elected again as chairman town committee Phalia.
1998 he elected as chairman town committee Phalia. In 2001 AmanUllah Khan

elected as Distrcit Nazim Phalia City. In 2015 he elected as Councilor Municipal
committee Phalia and in 2016 chairman municipal committee Phalia.
Brother: Waseem Gulzar
Waseem Gulzar is Pakistani politician & Businessman & Son in Law of PTI
Politian Major ® Tahir Sadik (Major Tahir Sadik remained twice as the
District Nazim Attock from 2001-2010. He won both local body elections
comprehensively expanding his personal vote bank to the whole of the
district Attock. In 2018 Major Tahir Sadik contested on two NA seat and 1 x
PP seat. Results were extra ordinary.Tahir Sadik secured more votes
(371701) than any other candidate in whole of Pakistan in a single
district.He also secured 4th highest number of votes in a constituency (i.e.
NA-56, 164178), overall in Pakistan.In PTI, Major Tahir Sadik secured
highest number of votes after the chairman Imran Khan and contained
MNA Seat from NA 55).
NA-59: Chaudhry Waseem Gulzar took 58880 votes and was runner up against
winning candidate.Waseem Gulzar submitted the documents from Provencial
Assembly Seat PP-117 Phalia-District Mandi Bahuddin in general election 2002 and
withdrawn the documents.
NA-59 Eman Waseem (Waseem Gulzar’s Wife) secured 65872 votes and won this
seat against PPP candidate Dr. Sikandar Hayat with a good margin of 23998 votes. It
is imperative to highlight, that in 2004, Eman Waseem resigned from her seat for
Ex-Prime Minister Shoukat Aziz to contest from this constituency. In this by-
election, completely backed by Major Tahir Sadik, Shaukat Aziz bagged 75,271 votes
and his main rival

Pakistan People's Party Parliamentarians' Dr Sikandar Hayat getting 29,934 votes
only.
NA-57 Eman Waseem (Wife) took 33975 votes as against 38755 votes of winning
candidate in 2008 general elections.
Waseem Guzar’s wife Eman Tahir was MNA (2002-2004) and she vacate the MNA
seat for Former prime minister of P Shokat Aziz from Attock. She also elect as
chairperson Attock in local govt.election in2016. She defeated the candidate of
PMLN. Who was the nephew of federal interior minister Mr. Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.
Brother: Shakeel Gulzar
Shakeel Gulzar is Pakistani politician. He elected as Tehsil Nazim Phalia District Mandi
Bahuddin as independent candidate in 2001 and again he elected as Tehsil Nazim
Phalia in 2005. In 2013 PTI awarded the ticket to Shakeel Gulzar from PP66 he lost the
election.
