Motion To Reset

The private complainant's counsel filed an urgent motion to reset the hearing date in Criminal Case No. 20-52483 from March 16, 2022 to a date in April 2022. The counsel cannot attend the scheduled hearing because they are already engaged in another case set on the same date and time. The counsel attached proof of the conflicting professional engagement and assured the court that the request is not intended to delay proceedings but is based on valid reasons. The counsel respectfully asks the court to reset the hearing to a convenient date in April.
