WEEK 1: PATRIOTISM

To have a better country, we Filipinos should be

united, having pride in our cultures and tradition
shows that we support and love our country.
Patriotism is not just about sacrificing our lives
for our country, but it is all about being
responsible citizens for the welfare of our nation.
Patriotism can be practiced in our day-to-day
living by doing small deeds to serve our country.
The progress and development of our country
depend on us so we must work and unite to
enable us to achieve our goal.
WEEK 2: COMMITMENT/DEDICATION

Commitment is very important in achieving our

goals. Commitment is very powerful because it
influences how you think. The reason behind
people’s success is their level of commitment and
dedication. I learned that commitment has a huge
significance in our lives. It is not merely a
promise that one makes to do something. It
entails dedication, the ability to work hard and
bear infinite fortitude. Staying committed to your
goal is one of the most fundamental principles of
success.
WEEK 3: CONCERN
In this world being concerned helps to make our
world happier. Being concerned with one another
shows how kind our heart is and if you show
concern for others God will bless you more, and
he will give the desire of our hearts.

I learned that being concerned is one of the most

important values an individual must-have.
Concern for others is about Caring enough.
Caring is not only about having empathy for
people but also for our environment.
WEEK 4: COOPERATION

The success of an organization or group depends

on how the member cooperates. Working
together and in cooperation is better than working
competitively. When everyone is working
together, things can get done more quickly and
efficiently.
For this week I learned that a group or an
organization will only be successful. If all
members are cooperative. Fostering teamwork
will reduce competition.
WEEK 4: COURAGE

Courageous people do feel fear, but they can

manage and Overcome their fear so that it does
not stop them from acting. Being Courageous in
life helps up succeed. Courageous in life will help
us respond Appropriately to risks and accomplish
Positive things in our life.
WEEK 6: FREEDOM
Freedom is our natural right; we are born in this world
free and independent. Having freedom doesn’t mean
that you can do anything you want, it has limitations.
Nothing should threaten our freedom, or deprive us of
our rights.

Every individual has a different opinion about

freedom, for this week, Freedom is defined from
different aspects, and according to different cultures,
freedom varies from one culture to another.

Freedom is something that is usually thought about as

having the ability to do whatever one wants to do.
WEEK 7: INTERDEPENDENCE
The values interdependent are very important to
one another, it is important to a family, a
community, and a country. Supporting one
another helps us to live in harmony.

They would be accepted in a group that would

care for them and supports them, encouraging
their development.
WEEK 8: NATIONAL PRIDE

Embracing national pride will show much-needed

support for our country and help to create a
stronger, more unified nation. To have a united,
peaceful, and progressive country having national
pride is one of the most important values every
citizen must-have. National Pride brings people
together and it makes a stronger nation. This is
what I’ve learned in this topic.
WEEK 9-PROMOTE COMMON GOOD

In today’s situation promoting the common good

is the best thing we can do for our country.
Establishing and maintaining the common good
requires the cooperative efforts of some, often of
many, people. The important lesson that I’ve
learned this week, particularly in promoting the
common good is to practice kindness in your
daily life.
WEEK 10-SELFLESSNESS

Being selfless helps us identify and connect with

others and that in and of itself is rewarding.
Selflessness helps us act from our heart and soul
instead of our ego, tapping into our true desired
feelings. The value of selflessness makes us
happier individuals. It would give your life more
meaning, and it would enhance your relationships
with the people closest to you; you would become
a more sensitive spouse, a more caring parent,
and a more giving person.

WEEK 11-UNITY AND FELLOWSHIP

As we unite ourselves, through our unity with

Christ, we receive the overabundance of Mercy
from God making us one. Unity and fellowship
are glorious. It is a central blessing flowing from
the Church and a sign of the Mercy of God.
WEEK 12-INTEGRITY

Integrity is doing the right thing regardless of the

consequences. Integrity is not about being honest
or staying true to oneself, but also about being
honest with other people. I also believe that
integrity command respect for others’ property,
regardless of the value. Having a high level of
integrity is one of the most important
characteristics we can possess. It is a core value, a
choice, and something we can nurture. Integrity is
modeled all around us, yet its value in our society
seems to be underrated.

WEEK 13, ACCOUNTABILITY

One of the biggest challenges with self-set goals

is the only person we’re accountable to is
ourselves. At the moment we often allow lenience
and give ourselves a pass on doing what we know
we should. After we allow this slip, we very
quickly become our own worst critics. Personal
responsibility begins from the inside and moves
outward. We must begin by taking responsibility
for our thoughts, choices, and reactions. Then we
can be responsible for the circumstances we
create in our world.

WEEK 14 DISCIPLINE AND ORDER

Maintaining an atmosphere of good order and

discipline is essentially a matter of how your
people perceive their surroundings. If they are
happy, lead with authority, are recognized for
their achievements, and are treated fairly, they
will respond by performing their assigned duties
to the best of their ability. I have learned that
good order and discipline are a state of obedience.

WEEK 15-EQUALITY

Equality is about ensuring that every individual

has an equal opportunity to make the most of
their lives and talents. It is also the belief that no
one should have poorer life chances because of
the way they were born, where they come from,
what they believe, or whether they have a
disability. Teachers are an important starting
point for promoting gender equity at school as
their gender-stereotyped beliefs and educational
practices were found to influence gender
differences in students.

WEEK 16-FAITHFULNESS

Faithfulness is a commitment to someone or

something. Faithfulness comes from a place of
trust and loyalty. The faithfulness of God is
foundational to our faith: If we can’t trust what
He says in the Bible, we have no reason to
believe. If He doesn’t keep His Word, then our
salvation is shaky, and our hope is empty. But if
God does fulfill His promises, then our faith is
meaningful, and our eternal destiny is secure.

WEEK 17-JUSTICE

Justice is the quality of following rightfulness and

lawfulness, the managing of deserved punishment
and reward, administration of what is strictly
according to law, and decisions concerning the
treatment of individuals, or the outlook of cases
in court. Justice, quite simply, forms the
foundation of a civilized society. As an
individual, we must develop a strong sense of
justice. Being not biased and showing no
favoritism is very important in our profession. As
a teacher, we should not appear as being biased
toward a few children.

WEEK 18-PURITY
Purity describes who you are and what you do. It
applies both to your character and to your
conduct, especially when you are alone. Purity
benefits you in several important ways. Do not
underestimate its value in your life or the negative
consequences of impurity. The most significant
benefit of purity is that it allows you entrance into
God’s holy presence.

WEEK 19-RELIABILITY

I’ve learned in this topic that being reliable can

help us stay more productive and be more
successful both in everyday life and in our
careers. Being more reliable you’re as a teacher,
the easier it will be for you to face other
challenges when you pursue new opportunities.

WEEK 20-RESPECT FOR LIFE

I learned that Respecting life means cherishing
and taking care of the life God has given. Respect
for life doesn’t limit to people, it is anything that
is living. What do the words respect and life
mean? Respecting your life and the lives around
is an important aspect of being a Christian. God
only gives you one life to live so cherish your one
life. Life is what God has given you to live.
Respecting life is promoting reproductive
responsibility, valuing human life, and respecting
nonhuman life such as animals and nature.

WEEK 21-SELF-REFLECTION AND

ANALYSIS

Self-reflection is an essential skill for personal

growth. Without it, we walk around unconscious
and often reactive to others and even ourselves. If
you have ever had an emotional response to
something or blurted out words that you later
regretted, you can see how self-reflection might
assist you in choosing more healthy responses
and changing behaviors (even thoughts) that
aren’t working well for you.

WEEK 22-TAMING THE TONGUE

We always have a choice when we speak. God

has given us the incredible freedom to choose our
words. Some words bring darkness and despair
and are rooted in fear. Some words bring light
and hope and are rooted in love. We have words
that are never released, and words that should
never have been released. We have words that
build up, and ones that tear down. Not only are
we all accountable for our words, but if you’re a
teacher, you’re also held to an even higher
standard.

WEEK 23-TRANSPARENCY

Being transparent at work translates to being

trusted and respected as a manager. Check out
these 6 ways to achieve workplace transparency.
Something has transparency if you can see
through it, like the ice on the top of a frozen lake
or a glass. Transparency can also refer to a
figurative kind of clearness or openness, which is
what people mean when they talk about
"government transparency." If you can see,
without anything being hidden, what you're
looking at (or through) has transparency.

WEEK 24-TRUST
Trust means that you rely on someone else to do the
right thing. You believe in the person’s integrity and
strength, to the extent that you’re able to put yourself
on the line, at some risk to yourself. Trust is essential
to an effective team because it provides a sense of
safety. Trust is an important and tender aspect of all
relationships because it requires us to choose to be
vulnerable and courageous. When we have learned to
distrust someone, it’s usually because we’ve come to
understand that what we share with them or what’s
important to us is not safe with that person.

WEEK 25: WORD OF HONOR

I have reflected that a word of honor helps define

who you are as a person while serving as a
guiding light for your growth and character. It
symbolizes honesty, integrity, and probity. It
means “uprightness of character or action,”. I
have learned that the word honor means a
promise that one will do something. It is
adherence to what is right or to a conventional
standard of conduct. It is to fulfill or to keep an
agreement.

WEEK 26-EXCELLENCE
Many people around us who do not strive for
excellence, have a hard time and do not feel
happy with their lives. While people who always
strive for excellence, feel happy, have inner
satisfaction, and contribute positively to others as
well, thus excellence is the condition of
surpassing some standards of expectations.
Personal excellence is a lifelong process of
developing mental and emotional skills to do
better and better in all aspects of our lives and to
achieve personal excellence, we need to focus on
our personal growth and development.

WEEK 27-DECISIVENESS
Being decisive shows that you are powerful and
have strong qualities about yourself. This is what
makes you the incomparable man, a boss. You
should not be an emotional decision-maker. You
should make decisions from a position of power.
This takes strategy and logic. The strategy takes
discipline and patience. Decisiveness is an
essential skill that can be applied in ALL aspects
of life. In life, you must be able to make decisions
that add value to your life. Decisiveness applies
to your career, job, education, relationships, and
everything else.

WEEK 28-DILIGENCE WITH FOCUS

Diligence with focus is needed in all spheres of life as
it is one of the key ingredients for success. Those who
use the sheer power of diligence, succeed in their
goals surely. If you are a student, you can make
yourself successful in your studies based on your
diligence. If you are an employee, diligence causes
you to be regarded as an asset to your organization
and leads you toward excellence eventually, diligence
does not only delight you but it also does to your
owners keeping you in their good books always.
Making a good career or career move or craving for
career development requires one hundred percent
commitment and to stay committed you must be
diligent.

WEEK 29-HUMOR AND JOYFULNESS

One of the remarkable traits that Filipinos possess is
the ability to laugh during suffering, adversities, and
problems. One of the common adversities we face in
our workplace is stress. A person feels stressed when
he or she is unable to confidently manage tasks and
responsibilities, or perhaps the workload is too much.
It is also evident that sometimes when we are
stressed, we tend to pass it on to some of our fellow
employees making the stressful environment progress.
Humor and joyfulness are one way of managing stress
so rather than spreading stress to your fellow
employees, try to develop this value to spread
happiness.

WEEK 30-LEADERSHIP
A good leader takes responsibility for their
leadership. They understand that everything they
do directly affects the people they lead. In other
words, the best leaders lead with their followers
in mind. We've studied which leadership skills are
the most important to a follower. What do you
think we found? Maybe "good communication,"
"motivational" or "highly committed"? While
these traits are certainly important for leaders,
what followers crave the most are trust,
compassion, stability, and hope.

WEEK 31-ORIGINALITY
Inspiration comes from outside factors, but the
greatest factor in the process of creating an
original idea comes from within the self. As
individuals, we are unique in one or more ways
that make us unlike any other. Thus, we are all
one of a kind. The notion that every person in the
world contributes something different is what
makes the world such a beautiful place. You were
born originally with a unique set of
characteristics, traits, talents, and skills. If you go
with the flow of the crowd, you will never be who
you were born to be.

WEEK 32-PERSEVERANCE
God provides us the strength and capacity to
overcome the challenges in life. The pandemic is
not just a trying time in terms of the economy and
our health but also our spiritual lives.

WEEK 33:RESOURCEFULNESS
We should also be resourceful in this life. We
should do what we can and make the most out of
what we have and our situation to serve GOD.
We may not always have a lot, and we may not
always be in a perfect situation, but we can
always improvise. We can always make use of
what we have to serve GOD. And we should be
prudent in preparing for eternity. We should not
put it off, and should instead do what we can to
prepare.
