Re: Noting of lien on Flat No. C - 1002 standing in the name of Mr. Saitej Kuchimanchi

We confirm having noted your lien in all our books and records on Flat No. C - 1002 standing in
the name of Mr. Saitej Kuchimanchi. We further confirm that:-

1) We will not allow the owners to sell, transfer, lease or deal otherwise in respect of the
said Flat without your written consent.

2) We will send the share certificate in respect of the above Flat, as and when issued, to
you via Mr. Saitej Kuchimanchi.
