ALPHAS PROJECTS proposes to furnish a pre-engineered steel & Conventional building as
described below. The building will consist of all components required to constructthe primary
& secondary framing (wall & roof purlins) the wall and roof cladding Hardware of the building
are included.
Interior partition walls, electrical plumbing, cooling, heating, not specifically referenced in this
proposal are not included.

10 % advance along with the order
50 % advance along approved GA Drawing
25 % advance along with the material readiness columns, rafters and purlins,
10 % while erection and for sheeting,
5 % against completion of total work, subject to the actual measurements.
Completion time: 30 days from the day of releasing work order and advance cheque.
