Plan de Afacerii Baza de Sport en GB
Plan de Afacerii Baza de Sport en GB
In the current economic context, the trend towards increasing leisure time at the expense of work,
transport and rest time is recognised worldwide. Thus, there is a natural need for the population to
benefit from increasingly diversified leisure services in order to satisfy their desires and aspirations in a
more complex way.
In the category of leisure services, an increasingly important place is occupied by sports services, in
close accordance with the widespread awareness of the positive role of movement and
sport in the harmonious development of the individual. In developed countries (in all respects) there is a
real cult in this regard among the broad masses of the population, and activities such as jogging, cross
country running, cycling, swimming are becoming real mass phenomena.
In our country, these activities have not taken such a large scale, although it is generally recognized the
importance of sport in ensuring the health of the population. Jogging (morning or evening jogging),
cycling and various sports have started to be practised in Romania. Among the latter, a special place is
occupied by football, whose practitioners probably outnumber the amateurs of all other sports that can
be practiced in an organized way. The next most popular sports are basketball, which is gaining more
and more followers, and tennis.
As far as the technical-material base at national level is concerned, the situation has deteriorated over
time, as the owners of these facilities (mostly owned by the state, represented either by the County
Directorates for Youth and Sport or by the mayors) have not received funds for their maintenance, let
alone their modernization.
Customers
The majority of clients are young people up to 35 years old, but there are also many middle- aged and
even older people who use such services,
The share of the latter increases significantly in the afternoon and evening hours, when working hours
end. In fact, it is during the latter part of the day that demand peaks, and often the owners of these bases
apply differentiated rates, with the highest values during this period.
pray.
Competition
At the moment, competition is still weak, as the business requires a considerable investment and the
short-term benefits are not as great as for other activities. However, there are some bases where sports
activities can be practised in an organised way.
This is mainly indirect competition from sports club complexes, which provide some of their facilities -
for a fee - to schools and colleges, which also have sports fields for pupils/students, but which can also
(unofficially) be used by others.
There are, as mentioned before, a number of sports facilities that are under the administration of the
County Directorates for Youth and Sport.
Promotion
Being a business that addresses an important segment of the population,
advertising must be as wide as possible, of course within the budget allocated to this activity.
Various promotional channels can be used, including radio, the written press, street advertising
(particularly recommended in places frequented by young people). A website will be built and
distributed on social networks, where most young people are found. Local publications will also be
used.
