My Top Tips for longevity in
this business
• Do things for free for the right people that will spread the word (transform a hair dresser, nail
lady, corporate CEO, any girl/guy that has a lot of friends)
• Don’t be scared to reach out to anyone it may come back years later. (Allmax, Reebok,
Schinoussa, Fitbit, )
• One professional photoshoot every year not just insta posts and phone pics. People want to
see you and see you as a star of your own world.
• TV - Start a you Tube Channel and pick topics that your audience wants to hear about your
creating content and have something to show producers. Needs to be professional
• Get chummy with local people (Butcher, Meal prep, grocery stores, Juice Stores) Send out
proposals in your spare time. Created 2 recipe books for a local Fish and Meat store. Gave it
to them for free and my name and cards are in there always. Again you have something for
your members and you can sell it. Did free nutrition sessions at grocery stores and for
companies.
• Show them what you can do for them first then follow up regularly pick a few things only don't
go overboard your priority is to sell yourself.
Vision Board
• Do a proper vision board one that you can see daily.
• Your goals including numbers should be there.
• Forces you to put uncomfortable numbers to look at daily. Forces you to think
about those goals before bed.
• Every goal made me super uncomfortable and every one came true and
surpassed.

Your only as good as your
last transformation
• Are you doing transformations on yourself or others
• If you are lacking transformations then do someone for free that you know will perform for you. Or a pay
to play. If they lose the weight you will give them their deposit back.
• I did this in studio and made $63,000 in 6 weeks refunded $10,000. The deposit was $500 for 6 weeks.
• If they lost the weight they could either get a refund of the entire $500 or they could apply it to a regular
membership.
• They had to lose 3% body fat or 20lbs
