was later interviewed at the First Aid station at the EFF. was just starting to recover from a
drug overdose / reaction. He had no recollection of his past 8 hrs. He did not recall running into
vehicle, being chased by security, running onto the highway, or being transported and treated by EMS.

INFORMATION:
On 06/24/2022, while on foot patrol for the Electric Forest Festival, troopers were dispatched to an area near
the below listed venue for a report of a stolen wallet. Troopers arrived and contacted the complainant,
who stated her zebra print wallet, and three (4) debit/credit cards were stolen from the inside of her
vehicle while it was parked at General Admission (Camp Edison). Troopers asked how the subject was
able to enter the vehicle, to which she stated it was left unlocked.
Troopers asked when she last saw her wallet, to which she stated she had her wallet all day yesterday
(06/23/2022). stated she went to retrieve her wallet from the vehicle at approximately 1630 hours on
06/24/2022, and discovered it was missing from her purse. stated she has since cancelled all her
debit/credit cards. stated she wanted to make a report because she is concerned about the integrity of
her social security card, due to her card being inside the zebra print wallet. was advised to contact the
lost and found booth to check if it has been turned in. was given a business card/UD30 with the
complaint number attached. was advised to recontact troopers if she is alerted that someone attempted
to use her cards or if they were found.
