Purchase Agreement
Upon receipt of PO or a confirmation copy of the proposal, Dream POS commits to deliver all software and/or
hardware stated in the approved proposal at the agreed schedule and place of delivery.
Mobilization of the purchase agreement/confirmed proposal will be upon receipt of the down payment stated
under the Terms of Payment.
All items delivered will remain the property of Dream POS Solutions Inc. until fully paid. Therefore,
Dream POS reserves the right to stop any support services or pull-out of items equivalent to the balances.
Cancellation of order upon mobilization will be subjected to cancellation charge of 40% from the total contract
price. Consumables, support cost and others services are not refundable and should be paid in full.
Delivery
Standard delivery lead time is 15-20 working days from receipt of downpayment.
Delivery within Metro Manila is free of charge.
Delivery outside Metro Manila will be subjected to delivery charge to be cosseted out separately
depends on the location.
Warranty
POS Software:
Software covers one (1) year warranty against manufacturer’s defect
Enhancement/modifications are not covered by the warranty period
System error/issues due to the following is not covered by the warranty
o Transferring of database files
o Deletion of files
o Improper shutdown
Hardware:
Only hardware provided by Dream POS covers one (1) year warranty on parts and service from date
Standard keyboard, mouse, cables, power cord and other accessories is not covered by the warranty period
Warranty is void if seal is tampered or broken
Failure of the hardware due to the following is not covered by the warranty
o Hardware tampering
o Accidents
o Improper electrical connections
o Corrosion/faulty wirings caused by rodents and insects
o Fire and other natural calamities
o Installation of other software applications not provided by Dream POS.
Training and Services
9 hours (Lite version) / 18 hours (Full version) POS operation training consumable within the warranty period (
12 months) for FULL VERSION
Monitoring during the 1st day of live run based on a pre-agreed schedule.
Encoding, cabling to mall admin, cabling of printers, network cabling are not included.
Our business office is from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 6:30pm
Services shall be responded by highly qualified system engineers. If problem resolution cannot be attained
over the telephone, a system engineer will proceed to the client’s premises within an average of two (2) – four
(4) hours within Metro Manila after the call has been received. If no support is currently available, then the
service will be prioritized the following working day.
For out of town clients, maximum of 3 days as an ample time in the preparation of out of town deployment
such as bus/plane ticket, support allowances and arrangement of lodging if needed.
On-line supporting is also available for immediate supporting/assistance provided that client is equipped with
the necessary communication facilities such as good and stable internet connection.
Implementation, monitoring or support services for out of town clients shall apply Out of Town Support Cost
which includes Php800.00 per diem and transportation expenses.
Should the services requires Dream POS’ Systems Engineer to stay overnight or more, client should provide
a decent, safe and clean place to stay.
In the event that the implementation, monitoring or support services falls on Saturdays, Sundays, regular or
legal holidays, shall incur to the client an additional Php1,000.00 per man-day on top of the Out of Town
Support Cost for out of town clients
Terms of Payment
Prices of hardware and software are VAT Inclusive; Implementation and services are VAT Exclusive and
subject to change without prior notice.
70% Down payment upon confirmation of order
30% Upon delivery & System Acceptance
Valid until 30 days from the date of proposal
