    Norte, Laoag City recommending favorable and appropriate action on the request of MS. YASHAFEI
    WYNONA A. CALVAN, Teacher I of Pandan Integrated School, Barangay San Juan, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte
    to attend the graduate classes for this Second Semester 2021-2022 with the degree, Master of Arts
    in Education major in Social Studies at Mariano Marcos State University, Laoag City, with the
    following terms and condition:

    1. No government properties/ supplies shall be used in connection with the study.


    2. The efficiency of this teacher in his official duty as government employee will not
    be affected.
    3. The course to be enrolled is in line with his profession.
    4. The grades will be submitted to the office at the approving DepEd official at least
    one week after the term is over.
    5. Photocopies of his report card of the preceding semester in college he has
    enrolled in are here to attach.
    6. The permit to study is submitted at least one week before the start of the
    classes.
    7. Services to the DepEd activities called during the term are priority.
