FLOORING

 Provided Granite floor slab (3’*9') in hall and dining(Tiles cost per sqft
Rs.70 to 85/-),Granite floor tiles(1'6"*2') in all rooms, (Tile cost per sqft
Rs.60/-) and Provided ceramic wall tiles in Bath, Wc: (Tile cost per sq.ft
Rs.35/-)
 Any other flooring to be made, difference in cost of tiles & labour and other
materials to be paid by the building owner.

 In Bath room inside wall finished with ceramic wall tiles 7 feet height above
floor level, and rough finished ceramic floor tiles for flooring.

 In wc inside wall finished with ceramic wall tiles 4 feet height above floor
level and Rough finished ceramic floor tiles for flooring.

WOOD WORK

 Main Door and Pooja (size 5’x 7’0”) using with teak frame & paneled
shutter and finishing complete.

 Inside other Doors using with country wood (nandi) frame & water proof
flush shutters and finishing complete.

 Inside windows using with aluminium 3 track frame & Iron grills finishing
complete.

 All Room windows size (4’0” x 4’0”’)

 In kitchen window size (3’0” x 3’)

 In bath & WC ventilator size (2’0” x 1’6”)

 In bath & WC provided with sintex doors.

ELECTRICAL WORKS DETAILS

 Each rooms Except pooja 5 power points will be provided.

 More than 5 Power points, each points cost in Rs. 550/- paid by the building
owners.
PAINTING WORK

 All inside rooms wall surface with 2 coat wallcare and 2 coat painted with
best quality acrylic emulsion wall paint (Asian) .

 All outers walls surface painted with best quality one coat primer, over two
coat of exterior paint.

 Wooden& Steel works are painted with Acrylic paints (Asian) over one coat
of primer.

 Colouring choice by building owner Responsibility.

OVER HEAD TANK AND PLUMBING WORKS DETAILS

 For all plumbing works (in bath room, Toilet Wash Bain, kitchen, sink etc)
the first quality branded materials will be used for concealed pipeline works
for all water line inside the building. Wash basin provision; closet provision.
All waste line will be connected to main chamber Drainage lines using
superior grade plastic pipes (Parry ware white ceramic fittings Metro tap
fittings)
