Survey Purposes
3D Myanmar is part of Life and Challenge Co., ltd, focusing on 3D Printer trading, 3D 
Prototyping, Jewelry 3D Design Training, 3D Scanning and Jewelry 3D Design service. 
The purpose of the survey is to measure the employee engagement and satisfaction in 
related position. 
 
The survey gathered information in area of  
 employee’s engagement  
 Job stress level 
 Employee’s talent management  
 Workplace recognition 
 Career Growth 
 Teamwork 
 Mentoring 
 
The survey was conducted online via a website created specifically for that purpose. 
Fielding took place between December 17 and 20, 2022. The Commissioner informed 
employees about the survey in advance via viber. Employees at 3D Myanmar also 
received a written notice about the survey, which was distributed alongside their 
annual bonus information letter.  

Response Rate
81.48% of those polled responded (22 of 27 total employees). The sample size is 
sufficient to provide a reliable proxy for 3D Myanmar as a whole. The percentage of 
respondents by unit is similar to the actual employee distribution at 3D Myanmar.

Conclusion
The first phase of the survey project is completed with this report. Following that, 3D 
Myanmar will hold workshops with managers from each department to help identify 
specific actions to improve 3D Myanmar's satisfaction and productivity. Department‐
wide actions will be taken.
