Discussion Practical 3 Microbe

The document describes the morphological, biochemical, and cultural characteristics of 6 different bacteria samples labeled D through I. The 3 key characteristics that distinguish the samples are: 1. Gram staining results - ranging from gram negative bacilli to coccobacilli to cocci in clusters. 2. Biochemical test results on TSI, motility, indole, citrate, and other tests - with varying results across the 6 samples. 3. Appearance of colonies on SS and CLED media - with different color, size, and other features described for each sample.

3. the important of the quality control for reagents and media

In my opinion, the importance of quality control for reagents and media is to
prevent the contamination occurs to the reagents and media. Plus, it is can prevent
the reagents and the media from damaged. Lastly, to make sure that the media is
prepared correctly.
