Abstract
In this report, we will know how to change the tire of a
vehicle in a safety methodology or steps , following that
we are going to know the JSA , FTA and FMEA for our
process.

Introduction
A flat tire is a deflated pneumatic tire, which can cause
the rim of the wheel to ride on the tire tread or the
ground potentially resulting in loss of control of the
vehicle or irreparable damage to the tire.
Where a flat tire occurs, drivers are advised to slow
gradually and pull off the road] Continuing to drive may
damage the wheel, the hub or other parts of the vehicle.
Driving with a flat tire, especially at high speeds, may
result in a loss of control and possibly result in a car
accident.
Objectives
● Know the safety consequences for changing a flat
tire
● Know all the possible hazards or failures that can
occur while doing the process.
● Know the Job Safety Analysis,Fault Tree Analysis
and the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
following that we are going to apply it in our
process.

A safety tool that can be used to define and control hazards
associated with a certain process, job, or procedure.

identify the parts of the process that are most in need of
change.
