STATEMENT
We think that a hybrid setup is indeed exhausting, as the work environment is a mix of face-to-
face and online. However, the employee has control over whether or not his or her emotional
well-being is harmed. But I believe healthy emotions are important when you work because
emotions can affect your performance.
QUESTIONS
1. How did you cope up with your learning experience?
➢ As a student, I coped up with my learning especially during this time. I learned to be
more productive, I did my best in order to pass, I learned on how to manage my time.
During our class I just listened to the discussion in order to understand because honestly
it is really hard to do this kind of setup. But since I don’t have a choice I need to study as
part of my journey.
2. How engaged were you in your class?
➢ I just did my best though I’m not smart. I admit that I am a slow learner but so far I did
my part as a student. Whatever My instructors want us to do, I am willing to do and learn
from it as part of my life. To understand things that are not that too simple to understand.
3. How was your well being?
➢ So far, at this time especially, we are facing the thrilling part of our journey in this year, it
is hard to explain what I felt. Most of the time I feel drained but I just keep on fighting
because I don’t have anything to do in order to survive. But beside that, I’m still grateful.
This is just a challenge for me to be more strong enough.
4. What were your challenges, if remedied, would give you a better learning experience?
➢ When I did my academics, it was difficult for me. The time where I just want to surrender
anything, where I did my best but I can’t really understand.

1. How would you make your people cope up with hybrid set-up?
➢ Increase leadership and management’s understanding of the positive and negative
impact work can have on employees and hold them accountable for this.
➢ Recognise and reward empathy and compassion
2. How do you make your people engage?
➢ It might be challenging to maintain engagement among remote workers. However, with
time, businesses were able to adjust to these conditions and successfully interact with
their workforce through a variety of channels, including virtual events, games, etc.
3. How do you optimize their well being while in the hybrid set-up?
➢ Create an environment that enables employees to make informed, healthy choices.
➢ Encourage employees to take ownership of their own health and well-being
➢ Provide and promote access to a diverse range of inclusive health and wel-being
services and facilities such as employee assistance program and occupational health
➢ Advocate role model behaviors that promote health and well-being
